What we do

Who we help

Foreign workers with a job offer

You have a contract or a binding offer with a Portuguese employer.

Employers recruiting non-EU staff

Agriculture and construction employers, through their associations.

Applicants who received a notice of refusal

We assess the notice and prepare the reply within the deadline.

How it works

  1. Assessment: we confirm the visa route and the requirements for your case.
  2. Documents: we give you the list required by the consulate and review each document.
  3. Employer and protocol: we prepare the company file and check the PCMLR route, where it applies.
  4. Submission: we file through the channel the consulate indicates.
  5. Arrival and AIMA: we follow the residence permit after arrival in Portugal.

Fees are agreed after a legal consultation and confirmed in writing before we start. Official State fees are paid separately.

Common questions

Is approval guaranteed?

No. Decisions rest with the consulate and AIMA. Our work is to prepare the file with rigour, with no guarantee of result.

Can I do the process from abroad?

Much of it, yes: video calls and digital document review. Some acts need presence, such as biometric data collection.

How long does it take?

The timing depends on the consulate, the quality of the file and the next steps with AIMA. We cannot guarantee deadlines. See our guide on timelines.
